STANLEY restaurant in Brisbane city is a two-storey cantonese restaurant inspired by the moody waterfront of Hong Kong’s picturesque Stanley Bay. Set in a heritage listed former police headquarters, the design preserves the historical features while taking cues from traditional Chinese design.
